Our group is run by volunteers who are all local writers
We offer weekly sessions in person and on Zoom
We have been running since 1947, with regular meetings in-person and, more recently, on-line. Though we are now back in our regular venue we still run some meetings on line as this suits our members. Some prefer to meet up and chat while others are not ready to mingle yet or live too far away.
We do have to charge to cover our expenses – but your first few visits are free!!
- Annual members fee is £20
- £4 when you attend a meeting to cover venue/refreshments
- Competition fee's vary
